Review of Moon-Mars Report

This review of the Moon-Mars Report from Universe Today mostly supports the conclusions of the report. The author was repeatedly "nodding his head in agreement".

Editor's Note: Now that the site upgrades are done, I will post my take on the Moon-Mars report this weekend. In short, I feel the Moon-Mars report's conclusions are excellent, but the report itself allows too much wiggle-room for NASA and is not strong enough to force NASA to comply.
