Of which if safety waivers for the shuttle are not used and it never flies again. It is way to long of a time to have no manned flight capability.

"NASA has withdrawn a contract with Kistler Aerospace to purchase flight data from that company's RLV under development because the agency was expected to lose a protest on that contract, Space News reported Wednesday. NASA had awarded Kistler a $227.4 million contract to purchase flight data from the company's K-1 RLV, using a contract originally awarded in 2021 under the Space Launch Initiative program."
Sort of a major implication of change due to commission report or is there something else to this story. Has anyone else got other links on this yet?

When will the suit problems be fixed. Maybe it is time for more robotics for the station.

Does Nasa really think it can hide behind the regulartory argument or just an excuse to waste money.
