The problem is not so much the plan, the funding or the rockets or the infarstructure it is more the willingness of the congress to end funding on a dime that has Nasa bothered when it comes to space exploration. The wining from the nay sayers that the money should be spent on the here and now or close to home issues, forget that the money goes back into the economy when it is spent on space. We just need more private sector space jobs in other locations not just the space ports that we have currently.
