The Aldridge report did not go nearly far enough especially in the recommendations even as it provided sound justification for more immediate and effective policy in the supporting pages.
Here is a Dinkin Commission report, consisting of one member and zero people consulted, on how the President can be remembered in 2504 as Queen Isabella is today.

But as usual the so-called space advocates will tear it apart and then well have nothing. Just like the last 30 years.

He suggests that NASA be 50% privatized by 2025 and 90% 2009. Anyone could say that wont happen so soon, Government just doesnt work that fast, never will. And the return to the Moon by 2009, without a way to get there, that would I would be interested to see. Most of the numbers he quotes are unobtainable with nothing to back them up. I think we should stick with the Aldridge report.
