Stream of coverage on today's Moon-Mars Commission Hearing in Dayton, OH. A live feed was provided on the Commission's Website. Day two of the hearing begins tomorrow.
+ Space commission comes to Air Force Museum (Dayton Daily News)
+ Hearings Held On Space Exploration (WHIOtv.com)
+ Moon, Mars may yield information on human physiology (Canoe.ca)
+ Zuber Talks to Tech About Space Exploation Goals (MIT Tech)
+ Educators: Missions to Mars, moon would fire up students (USA Today)
The commissions live telecast is of poor sound and picture quality at best but at least you can hear the discussions. We shall all have to take a wait and see with regards to the final report that will be given to the President before this group is disbanded to see if this has been an effective way of doing things.

Posted by: Daniel at March 4, 2026 04:15 PMI was listening this afternoon and a woman represenative from the Mars Society did speak about the many on going projects and that Nasa was welcomed to all the research data and lots more including man rate Mars rover/labs, habitats and on and on she went. She repeated that all NASA had to do was go online to the web site only to see that it was all there.
This was a very common theme by the many that did choose to speak and many companies did want to be involved all that was needed was for NASA to ask.
